Is it good or bad to feed multiple flavors throughout the week for variety?

Asked by: Riddick
Hello, thanks for contacting us. It is ok to rotate your pet's diet to give them some variety. To avoid digestive upset, we recommend limiting your rotation to two recipes and gradually mixing foods over a couple of weeks. When you transition between recipes, slowly reduce the amount of the old recipe and increase the new one. We recommend speaking to your veterinarian about rotation diets, as they best know your pet’s health.

How much of each, dry and wet, should I feed my 70 lb Lab?

Asked by: Gail
Hello and thanks for reaching out! Many pets enjoy the variety they receive when you feed more than one recipe, however, it is important to monitor the total calories to ensure you are not overfeeding. We’ll need further information from you to determine how many calories per day your Lab needs, please contact us by submitting an inquiry at https://www.tasteofthewildpetfood.com/contact-us/ or call 1-800-342-4808 (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT weekdays) and we’d be happy to help! Additionally, your veterinarian can help you determine a feeding plan for your Lab based on their needs.

Hi, my dog is 70 pounds. Is this okay to feed him alone at 3.5 - 4 cups a day, I know thats what you recommend calorie wise but with so much moisture is that enough nutrients for him? Should he be getting some dry? He typically refuses dry food.
